Taiko Drum

Went to see Soh Daiko performing Taiko drum at Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan as part of the Japanese Obon Festival.
The drumming was actually quite involving and the atmosphere was festive.

Many cute kids as well.











This baby was very photogenic, he was drooling at one minute and totally smiled when he saw the camera. Maybe because he is from a nation known for tourist with cameras?





The weather was beautiful and cozy - a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon after anethesia board exam.
